18TH C BLANC de CHINE GUANYIN. Chinese 18th Century Blanc de Chine porcelain figure of Guanyin, standing figure holding a ruyi scepter, wearing long flowing robes, with serene face, standing upon lishui waving water, showing carp swarm near the foot. The original wooden case covered in metallic thread yellow silk with interlocking key fret pattern, with sliding panel lids. The iron-red interior hard cushion fit perfectly to the figure. Mark on reserve, incised four character seal script.
