Fine Baule Female Figure, standing on a circular base with elongated feet beneath muscular legs and rounded buttocks, with narrow shoulders and elongated arms, the right held on her  soft, rounded belly, the left held close to the side, elaborate scarification on the face, the thick neck beneath a forward-projecting head with raised pursed mouth, broad nose and circular eyes inset in deep sockets beneath a back-swept coiffure with elaborate transverse ridge; fine aged encrusted deep black or brown patina.
