Han Dynasty Large Grey Pottery Figure of a Horse and Rider, a highly important and rare Han Dynasty horse with rider, powerfully modelled standing foursquare, high 60 cm, length 60 cm, the head with muscular features and ears pricked back, the open mouth showing its teeth, the hands of the rider positioned to hold the reins, red and black tunic above white boots with remnants of black, white, pink and red pigment.
